Why is Karachi-Jebel Ali transit faster than Mundra-Jebel Ali?

How does Halal certification work for UAE imports?

Our Pakistan Halal Authority + IFANCA-recognized chain is accepted directly. We can also issue JAKIM-recognized cert via partner certifiers at no additional cost. Always provide Halal cert + phytosanitary at port entry — Dubai Customs verifies via Mirsal-2 in 24-48 hours.
What's the typical FCL profile for UAE?
20ft FCL: 14 MT fenugreek in 25kg PP bags or 13 MT in 50kg bags. 40ft HC: 22-24 MT. Most UAE buyers pull 1-2 FCL per quarter for repacking volume; large traders take 5-10 FCL/year. We can also do mixed-product FCL (fenugreek + fennel + cumin + black seed) for buyers consolidating multiple SKUs.
How do you handle UAE's free-zone re-export buyers?
Many UAE buyers use Jebel Ali Free Zone (JAFZA), DAFZA, or Sharjah free zones for re-export to Saudi/Iran/East Africa. We ship to free-zone bonded warehouses standard; documentation matches free-zone customs requirements. For onward shipment to Saudi, we provide Saudi-recognized Halal cert + SASO if needed at the time of original PO.

Yes. JAFZA (Jebel Ali Free Zone) and DAFZA are standard destinations. We invoice the free-zone entity directly; documentation matches FZ customs requirements. For re-export from FZ to Saudi/Iran/East Africa we provide originating Halal cert + COO that satisfies onward requirements.
What payment terms work for UAE buyers?
Standard: 30% TT advance + 70% against scanned BL. UAE Tier-1 buyers (large established re-exporters): LC at sight via Emirates NBD, Mashreq, ADCB, FAB. Sample orders: 100% advance via wire. Payment routes are short and reliable; we receive Karachi USD wire credit ~24 hours after UAE side initiates.
How long does Dubai Customs clearance take?
Mirsal-2 e-clearance: typically 24-48 hours from BL arrival. Required docs: commercial invoice, packing list, COO, Halal cert, phytosanitary, lab COA, fumigation cert, BL. Phytosanitary inspection at port adds 1-2 days. For pre-cleared retail-pack shipments with ESMA conformity: 1-3 days total.
