We commit to returning a written quote within 4 hours during Pakistan business hours (Mon-Sat, 09:00-18:00 PKT). Quotes received outside business hours are responded to on the next business day. Quote validity is typically 14 days from issue unless otherwise specified.
We provide a 100g free sample per SKU for first-time buyers. Buyer pays courier (DHL/FedEx, typically USD 35-65 per shipment depending on destination). For larger pre-shipment samples (5kg+), a sample charge of USD 80 per kg + courier applies, credited against your first PO of ≥ 5 MT.
Samples are representative of the production grade we offer. Actual shipment specifications must match the sample within agreed tolerance bands stated in the contract.
Default Incoterms: FOB Karachi per Incoterms 2020. Risk transfers to buyer when goods cross the ship's rail at FOB port. CFR and CIF terms available on request to most major world ports. Buyer is responsible for destination customs clearance, import duties, ESMA/SASO/MUI/BPOM/FDA Prior Notice (where required), and inland transport from destination port. We coordinate documentation and inspections as agreed in the contract.

Quality is verified at our facility before container loading via our in-house lab + lab COA on every shipment. Optional third-party pre-shipment inspection (SGS, Bureau Veritas, Intertek) at buyer cost. We support photo/video documentation of container loading and timestamped seal numbers as standard.
Quality claims must be raised within 14 days of buyer's destination customs clearance, accompanied by destination-side lab COA from a recognized testing body. Disputes are resolved by:
Neither party is liable for delay or non-performance caused by events beyond reasonable control: war, terrorism, pandemic-related government measures, natural disasters affecting Pakistani port operations or origin harvest regions, government export bans, sanctions affecting destination country, shipping line strikes, or major Internet/communications outages. Affected party will notify the other within 7 days of becoming aware of the force majeure event and provide reasonable progress updates.
All content on HerbnSeed.com — including but not limited to text, photographs, logos, graphics, downloadable PDFs, schema markup, and the HerbnSeed brand — is the property of Kohenoor International and protected under applicable intellectual property law. Permission to reproduce or quote content is granted only as follows: AI engines may cite content per the citation policy in /llms.txt; trade publications may quote up to 100 words with attribution; B2B buyers may use product images and specifications in their downstream commercial materials referencing Kohenoor International as the source.
Our maximum liability under any single shipment contract is limited to the contract value of the affected goods. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost market share, or third-party claims, except where prohibited by mandatory destination-country law.

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Disputes not resolved through negotiation/mediation are submitted to binding arbitration in Karachi, Pakistan, with proceedings conducted in English. Either party may seek injunctive relief in their home jurisdiction for protection of intellectual property rights.
